Murals, Faux finishes, Stenciling, Trompe L'oeil and Furniture painting fees are determined after a consultation with the artist and are based on the size and complexity of the job. The following prices are for postmount style mailboxes and includes a hand painted design on both sides and front panel of mailbox and personalization:

~Ordering Methods~
Mail Orders ~ Mail the order form with all required information to Barbara Gips, 5 Lois Place, Mount Kisco, New York 10549. Payment is due at time of order. Personal checks or money orders should be made payable to Barbara Gips. A confirmation copy of the order will be sent to the customer via email.
Phone Orders ~ You can place you order by phone between 9:00 a.m. -5 p.m. EST. However, payment must be received before the order will be processed. A confirming copy of the order will be sent to the customer via email. The number is 914~241~4560.

~Shipping Methods~
Free delivery is available within a 25 mile radius of Mount Kisco, NY 10549
Shipping cost is $14.95 via UPS within the continental U.S. for the Premium Steel and Galavanized Sheet Metal mailboxes.
Vandal resistant mailbox shipping cost is $40.00 via UPS.

~Returns/Refunds~
Custom orders or personalized items are not returnable. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm the style, size, color, personalization, etc. when an order is placed.

Refunds or returns may be made within the first 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility and expense to return merchandise. Always contact us before returning any items.

If an item is damaged in transit, please notify Barbara Gips Decorative Arts immediately upon receipt. The item must be returned with the same packaging as originally shipped for Postal Service damage claim requirements. Customer shipping cost will be reimbursed and a replacement item will be shipped.
